After graduating from the University of Toronto with an Honours degree in Criminology and Political Science, Brad began his career in technology recruitment immediately out of school after deciding it was a great fit for his skills and passions.
Brad joins IQ PARTNERS with great experience in the industry highlighted by his sound sourcing and negotiation skills. His track record includes multiple placements of highly skilled, senior IT professionals into industry-leading companies, and he thrives on the challenge of working on a variety of roles. Brad is continuously in pursuit of innovative new ways of sourcing candidates and is a core part of the IQ PARTNERS team.
