Our People - Chris Prosser

Chris was born and raised in Deep River, Ontario – a wonderful place to enjoy Ontario’s outdoors. He then pursued a B.Sc in Zoology from the University of Guelph and upon graduation, immediately took a job with IBM, where he honed his interest in Technology. He developed an interest in Business Process Improvement and implementing packaged software, specifically the ERP packages. From IBM he moved to the consulting world of E&Y and KPMG, where he led ERP practices.

Over his years as a Consultant, Chris enjoyed providing service to organizations like General Motors, Ford, ICI Chemicals, McKinsey & Co., xwave, Oracle, Erco Worldwide and many others.

After a stint in running his own business, Chris was introduced to the Contingency staffing business and realized he enjoyed helping clients find the right staff and candidates find the right job. He also worked with The Adler Group, a recruiting training and consulting organization, before joining IQ Partners. His passion is in the active placement business and he has become known by both clients and candidates as taking a professional and thorough approach to the recruiting process. He rarely has a falloff after a placement and has been rewarded by many repeat orders and ongoing client and candidate relationships.

	Specialties:	Contract and Permanent placement of Sr. IT professionals, Enterprise Resource Planning, especially Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, SAP and MS Dynamics.

	Weekends:	Building our retirement home on Manitoulin Island, family and friends
