Our People - Jeff Mokrzycki

A graduate of both the University of Western Ontario as well as Sheridan College, Jeff has been in the IT and Telecommunications industries for over eleven years. After building his career in computer hardware and software channel distribution, Jeff was ironically head-hunted into the recruitment and staffing industry himself. He now has over six years of experience in the recruitment industry and while he is well versed in all areas of the recruitment process, Jeff’s focus and raw talent lies in the area of true headhunting. His passion is finding superstars to fill his client’s specific needs, while at the same time helping to make a life-long impact on that candidate’s career as well.

Jeff maintains a continuous and relentless pursuit of top talent, and plays as key role at IQ PARTNERS’ heading up our Flex-Recruitment practice that offers clients the ability to engage us on an hourly basis.
