Our People - Kimberly Allison

With over 15 years of diverse and progressive experience in the search industry, Kimberly holds an impressive track record of successful appointments involving all critical functional areas. Spanning various industries, levels, and functions, Kimberly brings a wealth of knowledge and best practices to IQ PARTNERS, as well as a desire to offer her clients creative and flexible recruitment solutions.

Kimberly has honed her skills at some of the largest executive search firms including The Caldwell Partners, Korn Ferry International, and Ray & Berndtson. Her career accomplishments include managing senior level executive search for some of Canada’s most prominent organizations, pioneering RPO in the Canadian marketplace, and being part of the management team responsible for launching interim executive search in Canada.

She is an advisor to clients in all areas of Human Capital Solutions, with a specialization in identifying hidden talent and how to attract and retain it for her clients.

Kimberly holds a double major Honours degree in Law and Psychology.

	Weekends:	Kimberly is a bit of a foodie. To counter that passion, she is active in sports, and can be found in the sand playing competitive beach volleyball, and hopefully not in the sand playing golf. Kimberly also enjoys travel, photography, and studying foreign languages.
