Our People - Nakia Selkin
Born and raised in Toronto, and graduating from the University of Windsor with a degree in Psychology, Nakia honed his sales and people skills at Enterprise Rent-a-Car while at the same time learning the importance of good hiring practices. Taking a liking to the people side of the business, Nakia decided recruitment was his calling and finally accepted the offer and pleas of a friend for him to come join him at Aerotek. Nakia spent the next four years there dedicated to closing business deals and helping change people’s lives one job at a time. Upon leaving Aerotek, Nakia spent two years at Head2Head before joining IQ PARTNERS.
Nakia joins IQ excited to help continue grow the burgeoning Technology practice by putting his years of recruitment skills and experience to full use.
