Our People - Seleena Juma
After graduating with two degrees from McMaster University in both Psychology and Political Science, Seleena knew right away that a career in ‘people’ was the perfect fit for her. Having gained prior experience at Hudson Global Resources, and Rouse Resources Inc., Seleena joins IQ PARTNERS anxious to apply her passion for relationships and constant pursuit of uncovering people’s motivators.
Seleena has developed a keen understanding of roles at the mid-to-senior management level in a variety of industry sectors, including consumer goods and services, industrial technology, pharmaceutical, and financial services. She views every client and candidate interaction as a reciprocal experience, aiming to provide and share knowledge, as well as learn and acquire insight about whomever it is she’s speaking with. Throughout every day, Seleena holds herself to the highest of ethical standards, and always ensures she conducts business with utmost professionalism and integrity.
