After completing her undergraduate studies at McMaster University, Seleena knew right away that a career in ‘people’ was the perfect fit for her. Having gained prior experience at Accenture, Hudson Global Resources, and Rouse Resources Inc., Seleena continues to apply her passion for identifying top talent, building strong relationships and uncovering people’s key motivators.

Seleena has developed a keen understanding of roles at the mid-to-senior management levels across a variety of industry sectors, including: Professional Services, Management Consulting, Financial Services, Web and Digital Marketing, Consumer Goods and Services, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical, Broadcast Media, and Legal Services.

She views every client and candidate interaction as a reciprocal experience, aiming to provide and share knowledge, as well as learn and acquire insight about whomever it is she’s partnering with.
