Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with glaucoma and cornea specialists and high-volume ophthalmologists.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of innovative, preservative-free treatments.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
  • Manage resources to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Foster collaboration with key opinion leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business.
  • 3–5 years of field sales experience in pharma/medical devices; ophthalmology experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven relationship-building and strategic selling skills.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) and flexibility for travel (~20%) are assets.
