Our client is a Canadian food company and they are looking for a Technical Sales Rep.  This is a newly created role and reports into the VP of Sales.

About the Role
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base
  • Identifies new business opportunities with manufacturer's and distributors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like finance & R&D to provide custom solutions to clients
  • Stay on top on industry trends, attend trade shows and industry events
  • Ability to travel 25-35% of time in Canada and the US 
Who are you?
  • 5+ years’ experience in ingredients and or packaging industry
  • Bachelors in Business, Food Science, Chemistry or related field
  • Builds on current relationships, self-motivated and enjoys business development
  • Good communicator and enjoys a fast paced environment
