Our client is a large Canadian Project & Construction Management company, with expertise in constructing high-density residential housing.  They are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to be part of a large project in the GTA.
 
About the role:
 Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to quality standards throughout all phases of the construction process for assigned projects; respond to queries as appropriate
 Review all construction documents with respect to completeness, efficient design and coordination between disciplines
 Support Project and Construction Management leads responsible for ALL Designs
 Maintain the project manual, update & maintain various schedules (ie. weekly finishing schedule) and summaries
 Ensure compliance with local authorities
 
What you need:
 A Construction Management Diploma or post-secondary education in a related field
 2+ yrs experience with Construction Safety and Building Codes and Standards is essential
 Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
 Works positively within a team and ability to multi-task
 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet and work with minimal supervision
