Our client is in the building supplies industry and they are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of 10 sales people. Coach and develop
- Build, execute and manage annual business and marketing plans
- Implement a structured sales process, fostering high performance culture
- Develop a strategic sales plan and lead a dynamic sales team
- 10+ years leadership experience in industrial distribution/building supplies
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent sales experience in above industries. MBA is an asset
- Has good business acumen, negotiation skills, team focused, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Knows Microsoft systems
