According to research, leaders expressed three skills to be the most in demand. The following three skills are at the top of the list of skills companies desperately need to be successful – digital, cognitive, and interpersonal skills. Here’s a breakdown of the research findings:

There’s no question that companies will only become further reliant on technology to operate. The need for technical skills will become more specific as AI and automation continue to evolve. Here are the top digital skills:
