We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead a highly skilled team in a dynamic, 24/7 environment. Reporting to the Director of HR Services, this role is responsible for managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and driving efficiency while implementing best practices in Workday.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of five, ensuring strong execution of compensation and benefits initiatives.
Manage and optimize compensation structures and benefits programs to align with company goals.
Support ongoing Workday implementation to enhance HR operations.
Provide strategic insight and execution, improving efficiencies with autonomy.
Navigate the team and gain their respect through expertise and leadership.
Collaborate closely with HR leadership to stabilize the team and align processes with organizational values.
Who You Are:
A seasoned leader with expertise in Compensation, Benefits, and Workday.
Resilient and strategic, with the ability to push back, ask tough questions, and make informed decisions.
Skilled in balancing firm leadership with fairness, earning the respect of a technically proficient team.
Able to execute efficiently, allowing the Director of HR Services to focus on higher-level priorities.
Nice to have: Pension experience.

Salary up to $115K + 15% bonus
