Our client has a consistent and growing family law practice and are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience working in family law to assist their clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
· License to practice law in Ontario
· The ability to carry their own files;
· Strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children’s Law Reform Act
