The Role:Reporting to the HR Director, the
Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving employee relations, engagement, and talent acquisition while mentoring a team of two HR Administrators. This position requires a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of diverse business units, and regular travel between sites.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships across all locations, tailoring your approach to suit individual site cultures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, championing engagement and retention.
- Coach and mentor junior HR staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Lead the implementation of operational HR initiatives, aligned with the strategic roadmap.
- Manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and the execution of HR strategies.
Your Profile:The ideal candidate is an adaptable, relationship-focused HR leader with:
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, emphasizing employee relations.
- 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably within manufacturing (food industry experience is a strong asset).
- A proven ability to navigate a variety of environments and work autonomously.
- Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to tailor approaches to align with diverse leadership styles and site cultures.
- Bonus skills: SAP, payroll, internal communications, and marketing experience.
