What You’ll Do:
- Recruit Top Talent:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, with a focus on building a world-class sales team.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline through strategic partnerships, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Position the company as an employer of choice with creative employer branding initiatives.
- Drive Learning & Development:
- Design and launch onboarding and training programs that inspire and empower employees.
- Collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps and create tailored learning solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning with workshops, certifications, and mentorship programs.
- Elevate HR Excellence:
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Help to implement an HRIS system and develop a seamless onboarding experience.
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Proven success in building high-performing teams and leading impactful learning programs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exposure to Labour Relations
