Our client is a Canadian food company and they are looking for a
Technical Sales Rep. This is a newly created role and reports into the VP of Sales.
About the Role - Maintain and grow existing customer base
- Identifies new business opportunities with manufacturer's and distributors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like finance & R&D to provide custom solutions to clients
- Stay on top on industry trends, attend trade shows and industry events
- Ability to travel 25-35% of time in Canada and the US
Who are you? - 5+ years’ experience in ingredients and or packaging industry
- Bachelors in Business, Food Science, Chemistry or related field
- Builds on current relationships, self-motivated and enjoys business development
- Good communicator and enjoys a fast paced environment
