The VP of Sales is a key member of the confidential company’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This remote role involves leading the sales function across several countries. The VP of Sales will collaborate with executive leaders to align sales strategies with the company’s broader objectives, ensuring that revenue growth and market expansion targets are met.
The VP of Sales will lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through goal setting, accountability, and professional development. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to enhance the customer journey, optimize sales processes, and ensure alignment between sales initiatives and organizational priorities.
While the role is remote, the VP of Sales will engage in periodic in-person meetings with the Toronto-based team and must maintain flexible working hours to effectively communicate and collaborate with the Australian sales team. The individual will also engage directly with high-value clients and partners, acting as a senior representative during key negotiations and strategic discussions. This role combines strategic vision with operational oversight to drive measurable results and long-term growth for the organization.
