After completing his university education and postgraduate studies, Allan sought a career that could replicate the excitement and drive he experienced on the tennis court. He found that challenge in the world of recruitment, where he has spent the past seven years building a successful track record of matching top talent with leading organizations.

Allan primarily focuses on the building materials and construction industry, which makes up 80% of his practice, where he specializes in placing candidates in sales, marketing, engineering, consulting, project management, on-site operations, finance, and accounting roles. The remaining 20% of his work is dedicated to supporting startups, tech companies, SaaS providers, IT firms, and other B2B organizations (primarily in sales, engineering, and marketing positions).
