John joined IQ PARTNERS as a Director in 2022, following more than 15 years of in-house work building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams and executing talent strategies. There he introduced and optimized talent acquisition systems and technologies, processes, training and assessment tools, and employer brand and creative attraction initiatives. Today, he is focused on building out IQ PARTNERS’ capabilities in leadership and executive search, with a particular focus on C-suite strategic leadership hires in small, privately held organizations, and in not-for-profit and social sectors. He helps his clients navigate shifting sentiments on the future of work to hire impactful leaders who drive organizational health, happiness, and business performance.
John’s commitment to his clients is reflected in his work with Leave No Trace Canada, a national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting outdoor ethics and respect for Canada’s wilderness and natural areas, where he sits on the board of directors. John has been instrumental in building and executing Leave No Trace's strategic plan for 2024, driving donor and corporate partnership support, and leading recruitment efforts to expand the board.
