Riel has been recruiting full-time since 2004, where he began his career leading teams of recruiters and account managers who provided full staffing services to companies across Canada. He also has a background recruiting candidates for various roles in the Financial Services & Insurance, Finance & Accounting, Technology, Real Estate, and Human Resources industries.

With additional experience and a diverse background across multiple industries as an entrepreneur as well as a recruiter, Riel has a unique skill set which he can translate to virtually any role or company that he recruits for.

“Riel was exemplary. His industry knowledge is unsurpassed, his ability to comprehend more than what is 'said' is a talent and the laser focus of his integrity is clear. I understand the need to be cognizant of the bottom line and provide exceptional resources to clients; but Riel's sincerity, wisdom and investment in the candidate was also evident. And that's a winning combination.”
- Executive candidate

"I have to say this regardless of where I land with the role - you are the best recruiter I have ever worked with! The preparation material notes and tips were key.... not sure if that is an IQ thing or a Riel thing, but I was even making positive comments to some HR friends."
- Director of Procurement

"Riel was excellent and very upfront about the role and expectations. He demonstrated a high level of industry knowledge and was easy to work with. While the timing was not ideal for me for a particular opportunity, Riel was understanding and willing to be supportive in the future. Unlike other recruiters, he seems to understand the long view required when dealing with career opportunities with potential candidates and didn't just disappear the moment he was given the details. He earned my respect for being a cut above his peers."
- Director, Asset Management
